offer catering solutions for any occasion whether here
at Ramada or off property at a location of your choice.
A complete staff of professional planners are at your
disposal for your food service needs, with a personal
introduction to our chef to ensure the menu selection
conforms to your satisfaction. .

The management
and staff of Ramada Inn and Conference Center pledge to serve
your meeting requirements by providing all of the items and
service you need at the time you need them. We are so confident
we can fulfill your meeting needs successfully that
we make the following pledge: if we fail to meet any of the
requirements listed below, you will be compensated as indicated.
Our pledge
to you:
Your meeting
room(s) will be available at your designated time, set up in
the manner specified on the contract, and all meeting rooms
will be refreshed during your breaks or you will receive a
credit of the meeting room for that session or $50.00, whichever
is greater.
Your coffee
break(s) and meal(s) will be served as specified in the contract
and on time or you will receive a credit for the price of
a coffee break.
Your a/v
equipment, contracted by you, will be present and in good
working order or you will not be charged for the equipment
in question, plus a credit of the meeting room charge or $50.00,
whichever is greater.
Your conference
billing will be ready to review at an agreed upon time or
you will receive a $50.00 credit.
The hotel
will honor all guaranteed reservations for your guests or
we will arrange to pay for a comparable room for the first
night at another hotel, provide transportation to such hotel
and a three minute phone call to the guest's home or office.
